The H series engine features a small size, high power, excellent reliability and outstanding durability. Compared to other products in the same category on the agricultural machinery market, its competitive advantages include a higher torque reserve coefficient, better cold starting performance, lower fuel consumption, lower vibration and lower noise levels. The torque reserve coefficient is higher than 35% and the power coverage ranges from 90 to 260PS, ensuring this engine is in full compliance with China III and IV off-road emission standards.
The H series engine was jointly designed by SDEC and RICARDO (British public company) and utilizes proven technology found in advanced engines all over the world. By using the GPDP development process and conforming to SAIC MOTOR manufacturing standards, the H series engine is a new generation of 4-valve engines with a best-in-class reliability and fuel efficiency.

Fuel system | The HP3 third generation electronic control system is customized by DENSO for the H series, and features an injection pressure of 2,000bar. It uses a ceramic coated 7-hole fuel injector from DENSO. The precisely controlled multiple injection and vertically positioned, centrally located fuel injector arrangement leads to the uniform atomization and full combustion. | It features an exceptional durability and long service life.
